Over the next few weeks Network Medics will be rolling out our Client Access Portal. With the Portal you will be able to submit and track support requests, run reports on your services, and view invoices. Using the portal is optional and we will continue to provide the service you expect if you choose not to use it.

We will be sending all of our clients a username and password. After your initial log in, you’ll be able to change the password if you wish. You will be able to log into the secure portal at any time by going to our website and clicking on the “client login” link at the top.
